Mission:
Starke Church of God by Faith RAGTAG Men’s Group is developing a community-based project that identifies young minority men within the Bradford County Community who can be assisted in creating a better quality of life. We have had several tragic incidents involving young men that resulted in the loss of life. The RAGTAG Men’s Group will create ongoing
opportunities to engage the community whenever and wherever we can.

Vision:
We will work collectively to identify and develop a strategic plan to address the challenges facing young minority men in Bradford County. Our goal is to create and implement a plan that assures their participation, encourages critical thinking skills, and provides mentorship and witnessing opportunities. We realize as a Men’s Group that this must be community-based and
include the development of community stakeholders. Additionally, RAGTAG will implement an opportunity monthly to share life experiences of both parties and have fun fellowshipping through the provision of burgers, fries, and drinks.
